Psychometric Testing

Psychometric testing tools can be used in a variety of situations to give you and the individual additional insight to their work preferences and styles.

Psychometric testing can be used in selection, development and coaching scenarios to provide that extra dimension and open up ‘blind spots’. We also use personality tools in team development working with the individual first and then feeding their results into a collective team profile to improve team performance. Personality tools can also help in career counselling and outplacement scenarios where individuals are at a crossroads and are making choices about their direction.

We are licensed to use a number of different personality tools to suit your needs and all Chrysalis consultants who provide this service are endorsed by the British Psychological Society.

We can provide either online or manual testing facilities and provide feedback both verbally and/or via a written report.

Aptitude and Ability Testing

We also provide testing on numerical and verbal ability at a range of levels and have facilities for testing aptitude for particular types of role.
