Following on from the success of previous Open Courses and due to demand, Chrysalis Solutions will be running the following One Day Open Course in November 2011 in Central London:

TUPE: Handling the Transition (HR) - 2nd November 2011

Many courses focus on the legal principles around TUPE transfers, but what do you actually need to do to ensure a smooth transfer from a HR perspective?  This course has been very well received from delegates who have attended previously when sessions have been run ‘in house’, and for this reason we have decided to offer this course on an ‘open’ basis.  We take each element of the TUPE transition process from Due Diligence through to the transfer and beyond, and at each stage we focus on the practical steps which need to be taken.  There are opportunities to discuss and debate specific situations which delegates may be facing and all attendees receive a comprehensive reference pack to take away containing standard documents and templates. Registration

On receipt of payment you will receive a registration pack containing confirmation of your reservation together with the relevant course outline and a map/directions.

Cancellation

Please note that confirmed reservations are non-refundable. However, should your named delegate(s) be unable to attend the course we will be happy to accept a replacement delegate(s). Just let us know the replacement delegate(s) name.
